REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Due to our products being self care products and sanitary reasons there are no exchanges or refunds. All Sales Are Final.

If by any chance you receive the wrong item mistakenly please email us to assist you with this issue. We will then issue you store credit for the inconvenience. *items must NOT show any signs of being used or open to be eligible for store credit exchange*

CANCELED ORDERS: After an order is placed there is no cancellations available. All Sales Are Final.

*We do have the right to and will cancel any order if it concerns any suspicious activity through our fraudulent analysis. This is to protect our business, we hope you understand. 

MY ORDER WAS REFUNDED, CANCELED AND/OR DID NOT GO THROUGH..

Your money will be refunded back into your account. Cards usually take 2-7 days for your refunded money to be deposited back into your account (depending on your bank.) After a refunded we do not collect any money, therefore if any other problems occur please contact your bank.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We have a processing time of 1-7 business days to process your order. (Processing: time took to prepare your order) this does not mean the processing time will necessarily take this long. Wholesale Orders have a processing time of 7-21 business days. This does not necessarily mean it will take this entire time period.

HOW LONG AFTER SHIPMENT WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery after being shipped (US Orders). This is NOT including possible delays or issues with shipping services. International Orders may take 7-14 business days not including possible delays.

DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes! We do ship internationally.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED..

All orders go through a quality control process before being sent out, however if there is anything wrong please contact us via email bccollectionkw@gmail.com. If your package is lost or damaged please contact the delivery carrier provided in your shipment confirmation email. We do not personally deliver items therefore we are NOT responsible for any lost items.

INCORRECT ADDRESS: In case of a package not arriving due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the package is eligible to be re-shipped under shipping fees that must be re-paid by the customer when we receive the package back from the delivery carrier. 
If any other circumstances regarding an incorrect address and we do not receive the return package, please contact your local shipping carrier for further assistance.

PRODUCT INGREDIENTS & SAFETY

Our accessories are non-fading/tarnishing therefore it will not harm your skin. Our Mink Lashes are 100% Mink. Our glosses are all natural ingredients. They are infused with oils such as vitamin E oil, Coconut oil, etc. 

We do SUGGEST doing a small test before fully using the product for our customers safety in case of any allergic reactions, etc.
