Day 1: Red Ornament Glitz!

First up is our spin on the Pinterest viral red glitter, ornament look! This look definitely gives festive with a little siren-eye drama and a touch of shimmer the girls love! Nothing screams classic holiday looks like the festive and flattering color red!
Glitzy Red Eye Look
After completing your base you'd first want to make sure you've set your lid with a bright setting powder to enhance your brow arch as we'll be using some deep tones for this look. First up in shadow is a deep brown eyeshadow to create the dramatic smokey look while focusing on the inner lid area shifting towards the beginning of your brow using Elf's Cookies N' Cream eyeshadow palette. With the Black Radiance Brilliant Effects palette, you'll now want to blend out the brown shadow with the warm orange shade making sure to blend up towards your brow. Now we're bringing in the show-stopping red! With the same palette, swift across the red shade in your pan and first focus the color towards your inner eye area near your nose contour before lightly blending outwards. This should give you a nice red smokey look. Now it's time for the glitz! Using the U Can Be Starry Palette, gently tap into the fine, red glitter shade option. You want to apply this anywhere you applied your red shadow.
The eye look is done but you're looking for the missing touch? LASHES! What really makes this look so dramatic yet alluring is the right pair of lashes that's bound to catch someones eye. We paired BC COSMETICS Pixie lash with this look to set it off! The wispy, full look this holiday look desires!
Flush Of Festive Red Blush
The girls are afraid of blush and as a brown skin girl myself, I know it's hard to find a shade that doesn't appear ashy on your skin. If you've been through this you NEED this 6 pan Blush For Me palette by BC COSMETICS. It's made to not oxidize or change color for a flattering appearance on the brown and dark skin girls okay! To bring together the festive look with a warm blush tone we use both the orange and red shades brushed swiftly across the higher cheekbone.
Classic Red Glitz Lip
A bold eyeshadow look calls for a matching lip, right? We're taking it there with our spin on the classic red holiday look! First we go in with a warm and creamy, medium brown lip liner from BC COSMETICS in shade 90's Elaine Lip Liner. To add a fuller look we go in with a black liner and slightly over-line and blend out. Lastly, go in with Maybelline's Exhilarator matte lipstick. Re-line your lips if needed to create the ombre effect and you've got the classic red lip!
